Return & Refund Policy - SinoAromatic Handmade Ceramic Flowers

Thank you for choosing SinoAromatic and our exquisite handmade ceramic flowers. We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Any product may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the ceramic flowers must be unused, in brand new condition, and free from any scratches, cracks, or damages caused by improper use. Since our products are handcrafted ceramics, slight differences in shape or color are normal and do not count as quality defects.

Return Conditions

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning all items. Our original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Given that ceramic products are fragile, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with insurance to avoid damages during return transit.
  • Before returning the items, please email us at sinoaromatic@icloud.com to inform us of your return request, including your order number, product name, and reason for return. You must provide the return tracking number after shipping the package; otherwise, we may not be able to process your return in a timely manner.
  • DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS (caused by transit or defects). If you receive a damaged or defective ceramic flower, please take clear photos/videos of the product and the outer packaging within 48 hours of receipt, then send them to our customer service email. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost) after verifying the situation.
  • All returned items must be packed well with adequate protective materials (such as bubble wrap, foam) to avoid breakage. It is preferred to return the items in their original packaging. Damages caused by improper packaging during return will not be covered by our return policy.
  • Please ship the return shipment to the address provided by our customer service (Nanjing, China). All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery; late returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (usually within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm the eligibility for a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Failure to follow the above return conditions (e.g., returned items are damaged, incomplete, or beyond the return period) will result in a reduced refund or rejection of the return request.

Order Cancellations

Placed orders are sent to our production and fulfillment center immediately for processing. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been shipped. Most of our handmade ceramic flowers are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We cannot guarantee the interception of an order once it has been placed.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted. You may choose to return the items according to our return policy after receiving them, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
